MOJO to Table –

After years of working in menswear retail, I embarked on a new journey, trading in neckties and wingtips for slip-resistant shoes and poly-blend chef jackets.

I attended culinary school and worked in a fashionable restaurant in Denver, with a few catering gigs in the mix. After exploring a number of restaurants, I decided to launch my own catering company. Through thick and thin, I toiled in my catering business for over twenty years – until one day, I sold it.

Unfortunately, the sale was not a retirement-type sale. There’s still work to be done. In the meantime, my creative impulses are satisfied by sharing a passion for the craft of cooking and story-telling from the kitchen to answer the question:

What’s for dinner?
